The Employment Eligibility Verification, or Form I9, is a form from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. As required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, it is used to check the identity and legal right to work of all paid U.S. workers. Every U.S. employer must make sure that Form I-9 is filled out correctly by every person they hire to work in the U.S. We offer this service to both HR departments and individual employees.
